Online Appointment System - Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Beijing

To make an appointment:

1. Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
2. Select a month.
3. Select a date.
4. Select the preferred time-slot   (Individual applications: select 1 time-slot per application. Two persons travelling together, with the same purpose and destination: select 1 time-slot together.)
5. Fill out the registration form and click on "submit". Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your appointment. Confirm within 6 hours, after receiving this e-mail. Otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled automatically.)

To CHANGE an appointment: Make a new appointment online, but fill in the date and time of the old appointment in the new timeslot. The system will cancel your old appointment.

To CANCEL an appointment: Send an e-mail to pek-visa@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, date and time of appointment.

Student MVV applications (!) Without confirmation about the receival of your MVV advise from the Embassy or Consulate, it has no use to make an appointment upfront. Any misused appointments will be cancelled and put available for other applicants.                                    学生MVV 签证（！） 在没有收到使/领馆签发的MVV批准信之前，请不要提前预约申请。否则这些预约将会被全部取消，以用于其他申请人。

IMPORTANT:

• Apply for your visa (or MVV with prior positive advice from IND) in time. You can pick up the decision three working days later only on Friday, but in some cases more information or documents are needed and the final decision may take longer.
• Upon application, you will receive a letter with an appointment for pick-up of the decision. Normally, pick-up is every Friday, between 01:30 and 02:00.
• Applications for MVV, without prior advice procedure at IND, are sent to the Netherlands for decision. This may take up to three months and your passport is not kept in the Embassy. As soon as you receive the positive decision, you can bring back your passport and/or flight reservation and medical insurance (please make an appointment). You will receive your MVV the next working day.
• You can make an appointment maximum three months in advance.
• Please check the requirements for your specific visa type under Visa Information. (Your confirmation e-mail has a link to our website, here you can find the specific requirements for the different visa-types and other important details.)
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after your return from the Schengen territory, otherwise you can not make an appointment.
• For MVV application, the validity of your passport must exceed 12 months, otherwise you can not make an appointment.
